1. Using RYVEO

These terms govern the RYVEO website, Telegram bot and Mini App. Contact the RYVEO administration at info@ryveo.net about the service, payments, data or content rights.

By accepting in the bot or confirming these terms at registration, you agree to this version. The privacy policy explains data handling. If you disagree, do not create an account or accept the documents.

Use requires the legal capacity applicable to you and compliance with content age restrictions and Telegram rules. Obtain a legal representative’s permission where required by law.

2. Account and security

Listening and watching require sign-in. Provide accurate details and protect your password and Telegram access. Do not use another person’s account or share your password with family members: each member uses their own account.

If you suspect unauthorised access, stop using the compromised session and contact us. Features depend on your device, browser, connection and Telegram capabilities.

3. Content, uploads and rights

RYVEO helps you find and play available content and manage a personal library. A catalogue listing or Premium subscription does not transfer rights to a work or guarantee a particular source.

Upload and publish only material you have the necessary rights to use and distribute. Do not circumvent rights-holder or source restrictions, share others’ personal information, upload malware or prohibited content.

Works, artwork and lyrics remain the property of their rights holders. Report suspected infringement to info@ryveo.net with the material link, basis of your request and contact information. Disputed material may be restricted during review.

4. Rooms and public collections

Anyone you share a room invitation with may use it to join. The host manages playback and membership. Participants see messages, reactions and participation details. Keep invitations private if you want a private viewing.

Public playlists and albums are visible to other users. Threats, harassment, spam and disclosure of others’ personal information are prohibited. Synchronisation depends on each participant’s connection.

5. Premium, renewal and family plans

Personal covers one account; Family covers the owner and up to three invited users. Each keeps their own recommendations and library. The owner manages invitations and may remove members; shared access ends on leaving, removal or expiry of the owner’s paid period.

The price and included features appear in RYVEO Premium and the invoice before payment. Each period is 30 days. Payment uses Telegram Stars; RYVEO does not receive bank card details. Subscriptions renew automatically through Telegram under the confirmed invoice terms.

Cancel renewal in Telegram’s subscription management. Signing out, deleting the app or leaving a family does not cancel renewal. When switching from Personal to Family, cancel Personal renewal if you do not want both subscriptions.

Premium is a paid subscription supporting RYVEO servers and development. Music, radio, podcasts and books are available to all signed-in users without Premium. Free accounts may select one film or one episode per calendar month (UTC), and resume that selection during the month. Failed preparation does not use this allowance. Premium removes the monthly cinema limit; Family extends access to its owner and three members. Each viewer in a watch room needs their own cinema access.

Current project resources cannot provide unlimited cinema viewing for everyone. Free-plan terms may change in the future. Premium does not guarantee continuing availability of specific films, songs or external sources. Terms for future purchases are shown before payment confirmation.

6. Payment support and refunds

If payment succeeds but access is missing, use /paysupport in the bot or email info@ryveo.net. Include the payment identifier or receipt and a description; never send card details or passwords.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, Telegram Stars rules and mandatory applicable law. These terms do not waive consumer rights or impose an unconditional no-refund rule. Contact the platform where you bought Stars about purchasing Stars themselves.

7. Availability and restrictions

We work to keep RYVEO reliable, but maintenance, recognition or recommendation errors, delays and unavailable sources can occur. Rule violations or security risks may result in restrictions to affected features or accounts.

We do not exclude liability where prohibited by law. If you encounter a problem or dispute a restriction, contact info@ryveo.net so we can review the circumstances and available remedies.

8. Changes and ending use

The current version is available here, with links in your profile and Premium. Material changes requiring acceptance will be presented separately. New terms do not remove mandatory rights relating to completed purchases.

You may stop using RYVEO and request account deletion at info@ryveo.net. The privacy policy explains subsequent data handling. Disputes are subject to applicable law without excluding mandatory user rights.
